Over the past years, I have been performing various tasks as part of administrative duties, below is a list.
Faculty Programme Coordinator, M.Tech. (Information Security Management)
IGDTUW started M.Tech.(ISM) programme in 2013. Have been faculty coordinator for most of the part, except 2017. Task involves forming guidelines for evaluation, planning internal assessment evaluation and suggesting curriculum changes.
Faculty Programme Coordinator, B.Tech. (Information Technology)
IGIT (continued in IGDTUW) began B.Tech.(IT) programme in 2010. Have been faculty coordinator for the years 2014 and 2017. Task involves forming guidelines for evaluation, planning internal assessment evaluation and suggesting curriculum changes. Organized a poster exhibition for BTech projects in 2017.
Faculty Advisor, ACM Student Chapter, IGDTUW
ACM Student Chapter was established in 2012 during IGIT time (continued in IGDTUW). Have been founding faculty advisor since the formation of Chapter till date. Task involves organizing various technical activities (workshops, expert lectures, technical festivals, etc) with the apt support of students in self-financing mode.
Faculty Convener, Innerve, IGDTUW
After formation of University, played a key role in unification of various department level technical festivals into a single university technical festival called "Innerve" and was founding faculty convener in first edition of Innerve in April, 2016. Subsequently, worked as co-convener in Oct, 2016 and 2017. Festival is conducted with able support of student team, with 20+ technical events conducted which sees participation by thousands of students.
Incharge, Computer Center, IGDTUW
Computer Center was established in 2011 during IGIT time (continued in IGDTUW). Have been faculty incharge since inception till 2017. Task involved upkeep of computing infrastructure so that Center is geared for conduct of placement tests and course practical labs. Besides, designed and developed a system to automatically evaluate programming assignments, termed as "Program Submission Portal".
